PRIVACY POLICY

The database of information that eFlorist gathers through electronic business will not be given or sold to any other organisation.

RETURNS POLICY

eFlorist warrants that each good sold is free of defects. If any good supplied by eFlorist is found to be defective we will replace the faulty item at no added expense to the purchaser. Care instructions must be followed thoroughly. We recommend cutting the stems on a sharp angle and changing the water in the vase every two days. Climate may have an adverse effect on the flowers, so you should ensure that exposure to air conditioning, extreme heat or changes in climate is minimised. Should your flowers perish within three (3) days of the delivery date and we are satisfied that all care instructions provided have been followed, eflorist will be happy to resend new flowers. It is our policy to collect the original flowers upon delivery of your resend. We cannot arrange a resend of fresh flowers to you if the original flowers are disposed of, thereby making them unavailable for our florists to assess the cause of the problem. We ask that you please call our Customer Service Department on (02) 9869 1014 to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your flowers sent or received. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.

PRODUCT SELECTION

Product images are intended as a guide only, we reserve the right to substitute flowers and other items with those of equivalent value due to season and availability.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Orders are normally shipped within 2 working days, or according to your supplied instructions. If for any reason there will be a delay we will contact you to advise of alternative arrangements.

SECURITY

eFlorist uses 128 bit SSL encryption for transactions. Also for your protection, transactions are carried out in real-time with the bank (in a similar way to EFTPOS) so we do not view or store your credit card details. If you prefer you may pay by cheque or make a telephone order.
