Terms and Conditions
- The database of information that Epping Floral Centre gathers through electronic business will not be given or sold to any other organisation.
- All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST and delivery fees.
- All product images are intended as a guide only. We reserve the right to substitute flowers and other items with those of equivalent value depending on seasonal availability or when they do not meet our quality standards.
- Epping Floral Centre warrants that each product sold is free of defects; however flowers are a perishable, natural product that will be affected by air conditioning, direct sunlight, extreme heat or changes in climate. To assist in prolonging their life, care instructions must be followed thoroughly. We recommend cutting the stems on a sharp angle, placing immediately in clean fresh water and changing the water in the vase at least every two days.
- Floral orders placed for delivery within the Sydney metropolitan area by 11:00am will be delivered the same day. Any orders placed after 11:00am will be delivered the next business day, unless otherwise requested (i.e. future date is arranged). If you require an urgent delivery please call us on (02) 9869 1014 and we will do our best to help you.
- Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times, but only funeral deliveries can be specific with regard to time.
- Residential deliveries will be made Monday - Friday between 9:00am and 6:30pm and on Saturdays between 9:00am and 2:30pm. If nobody is available to receive the delivery it will be left at the door or we will tag the recipient's door if left at an alternate location.
- Business deliveries will be made Monday-Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Our courier service guarantees delivery by the close of the business day.
- As Epping Floral Centre is closed on Public Holidays and Sundays, we will deliver your order on the next business day if you have requested same day delivery. This does not apply to Mother's Day or a Sunday Valentine's Day.
- It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery details at the time of ordering. If you supply an incorrect address we are not obliged to resend the order to the correct address at our expense.
- If the recipient lives in a secure apartment block or gated estate and we have no contact number for them a second delivery fee will be charged if we are unable to gain access to their home on the first visit.
- Please make sure you choose carefully as all products are sold on a no refund basis, unless proven to have been damaged. Epping Floral Centre's return policy on goods that are damaged and accepted by Epping Floral Centre is to exchange for goods of equal value or to provide a credit towards the purchase of other goods at Epping Floral Centre's discretion.
